How do I return an item?
- We provide you our product are fresh and quality. If you'd like to return or exchange an item, please contact our helpful Customer Service Team at +6011-10692701 Daily from 10am – 6pm for assistance.
- To be eligible for a product return, your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. It must also be in original packaging.
- If the goods/products have been used or damaged by customers, there will not be any refund.
- Persatuan Kebajikan Orang Kurang Upaya Xi Le Er Malaysia will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

I have received a damaged /faulty / incorrect product! How can I request for a product exchange?
Kindly contact the Customer Service Team at +6011-10692701 Daily from 10am – 6pm for assistance. An exchange will be made for products of equal or lower value. Shipping charges will be paid upon your own discretion.
When will I receive my exchanged product(s)?
All products exchanges take up to Seven to Fourteen (7-14) working days (excluding Public Holidays) for processing and delivery.
Promotional or Seasonal Products (if applicable)
Products bought during promotional or seasonal events are not accepted for returns and exchanges. Only regular priced Products will be refunded according to point-of-sale purchase value.
