Delivery Policy

DELIVERY POLICY


-We will deliver your order within 7 - 9 working days (Business Day) once payment is received.

-We provide delivery services from Monday to Saturday.

-Delivery time is between 11:00am to 6:00pm.

-No delivery will be made on Sunday and Public Holidays

-Self Pickup – Pick Up Time is Daily 10am-6pm only, please contact at 011-10692701.

* Please Take Note : There is no other time for Self-Pickup. Dear Customer, please arrange your schedule with our time range, your understanding is much appreciated. 

* Self-pickup Address: No.1, Jalan Bakawali 22, Taman Johor Jaya, 81100 Johor Bahru,Johor.



Delivery Method 

For Frozen food, we are using Cooler box/bag with long lasting Ice pack delivery the product to your doorstep.


Delivery Area

Whole West and East Malaysia, for frozen food only West Malaysia.

Delivery Charges

- No charges for self-pick-up from centre.

- For frozen food, Free Delivery for orders above Rm180. Order below RM180 , delivery fee changes is RM15.

- Others than that, delivery charges will follow the rate of logistics company.


IMPORTANT ATTENTION

* Refunds are not allowed for customers who have failed to receive their goods and refused to self-collect or pay the additional delivery fees for second delivery.
